What is a Communication Audit? - Seminar
We've all suffered from problems of poor communication & with every new manager or recruit, the possibilities for misunderstandings and misdirection increase exponentially. A communication audit is a systematic review and evaluation of communication within an organisation, identifying blockages and recommending improvements to the system.
