'Lean mean, profit making machine' Breakfast - Does your company need to cut costs and improve it's bottom line? At our breakfast in January Fred Hoare, Planning Manager of Kettle Produce Ltd and David Halliday, Continuous Improvement Manager of Pineey's of Scotland Ltd. will be looking at lean manufacturing techniques and tools, which report measurable improvements to operational costs.
